Gym Policies

Enrollment

Our classes run continuously September–June concurrent with the school year. To maintain your athlete’s spot on the class roster, tuition must be paid on the 1st of each month.  NO REFUNDS for missed classes for any reason. The credit card on file will be charged on the 1st of every month if you are on auto-pay. If you are not enrolled in auto-pay, payment must be made at the front desk in the form of cash or credit card by the 1st of the month.

Insurance

A $50/athlete or $100/family annual insurance fee is due at time of enrollment. This fee is due every 12 months. In order to attend open workout and/or class the insurance on your account must be current.

Class Cancellation

We don’t want to see you go but if you do decide to take a break from gymnastics we require emailed notice by the 25th of the previous month in order to suspend your billing (for example: to cancel and not be charged for November you must provide written notice via email to ShrewsburyGymNJ@gmail.com to let us know by September 25th, you can still attend class for all of October). No cancellation requests will be approved after April 25th (after this date the athlete will be committed to the program through June).
